Wij zoeken een Operator die graag verantwoordelijkheid pakt aan de lijn en wil bijdragen aan een soepel productieproces. Wat ga je doen? Als Operator bij Inproba werk je in een 2-ploegendienst. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de productielijn goed draait, storingen worden voorkomen én dat de kwaliteit van het eindproduct perfect is. Je werkt met moderne machines en een vast team collega's. Jouw taken: - Bedienen, instellen en ombouwen van productielijnen - Bewaken van het productieproces en signaleren van afwijkingen - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren volgens vaste normen - Klein technisch onderhoud en eerstelijnsstoringen verhelpen - Samenwerken met collega's van productie en technische dienst Dit krijg jij - Salaris tussen de € 2.900 en € 3.500 bruto per maand exclusief ploegentoeslag, afhankelijk van je ervaring - 12% ploegentoeslag bovenop je salaris - 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld - Reiskostenvergoeding - Werken in een moderne, schone productieomgeving - Vaste ploeg, korte lijnen en collegiale werksfeer - Uitzicht op vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren Dit ben jij - Ervaring als operator, machinebediener of vergelijkbare rol is mooi meegenomen - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt gevoel voor techniek - Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent proactief - Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegensysteem te werken - Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands goed Over Inproba Inproba is dé Asia Sauce Company van Nederland.
