Sterk in planlezen, nauwkeurig in uitvoering en helemaal thuis aan een CNC plooibank? Dan ligt hier een mooie kans voor een ervaren CNC plooier die op zoek is naar een stabiele job binnen een familiale metaalomgeving.

De onderneming is actief binnen de metaalbewerking en realiseert uiteenlopende projecten waarbij technisch inzicht, maatwerk en een kwalitatieve afwerking centraal staan. Dankzij de variatie in opdrachten kom je niet terecht in een omgeving waar elke dag hetzelfde is. Verschillende stukken, materialen en projecten zorgen ervoor dat jouw ervaring en vakkennis optimaal worden benut.

Als CNC plooier krijg je een zelfstandige rol binnen het productieproces. Je leest de technische plannen, bepaalt de juiste werkwijze en stelt de machine in volgens de vereisten van de opdracht. Van het eerste stuk tot de finale kwaliteitscontrole neem je verantwoordelijkheid over een nauwkeurig eindresultaat.

Je werkt bovendien binnen een stabiele en familiale omgeving waar vakmanschap wordt gewaardeerd en ruimte is voor eigen initiatief. Wie graag technisch uitdagend werk uitvoert, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en op lange termijn deel wil uitmaken van een hecht team, vindt hier een interessante werkomgeving.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • CNC plooibank zelfstandig programmeren en instellen aan de hand van technische plannen
  • Geschikte gereedschappen selecteren volgens het type opdracht
  • Plaatwerk plooien op een krachtige machine van 4 meter en 320 ton
  • Afmetingen en plooien controleren met klassieke meetmiddelen
  • Instaan voor een verzorgde en correcte eindafwerking
  • Wekelijks onderhoud van de machines uitvoeren
  • Technische uitdagingen bespreken met collega's en samen tot een oplossing komen
  • Zwaardere stukken veilig hanteren met behulp van een rolbrug
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als CNC plooier
  • Sterk in technisch planlezen en technisch inzicht en oog voor detail
  • Nederlands en Engels goed beheersen
  • Een rolbrugattest is een pluspunt
