- Werken bij YoungCapital - - Jouw profiel Fulltime Operator in Amsterdam Fulltime Operator in Amsterdam bij een grote logistieke organisatie voor opslag van cacaobonen, koffie en general cargo met mbo-diploma. Dit kan al binnen twee minuten 40 uur per week Tussen €2.500 en €3.500 Per maand Wat ga je doen? Jij wordt de rechterhand van de Senior Operator en Terminal Manager. Jij bent de schakel die alles draaiende houdt: van het instellen van de installaties en het aansturen van verladingen tot het snel verhelpen van eerste-lijns storingen. Je beweegt je moeiteloos tussen de controlekamer en de werkvloer. Is de Senior Operator er een dagje niet? Dan neem jij het roer over. Ook bij onverwachte situaties of storingen ben jij de vaste sparringpartner van de manager. Dit is een veelzijdige verantwoordelijke rol dichtbij de haven van Amsterdam! Je gaat aan de slag bij een gerenommeerde internationale logistieke speler met Duitse roots, gespecialiseerd in de hoogwaardige opslag en afhandeling van grondstoffen als koffie, cacao en thee. Op de terminal in Westzaan versterk je een hecht en gedreven team van 4 collega's. Hier werk je in een prettige, no-nonsense omgeving waar veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan en de communicatielijnen lekker kort zijn. - Je hebt affiniteit met IT- en besturingssystemen en beschikt over een goed technisch inzicht; - Je bent communicatief vaardig, werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en vindt het prima om af en toe een uurtje extra door te pakken; - Ervaring of een NEN 3140-certificaat is mooi meegenomen, maar absoluut geen vereiste. Je krijgt een volledig intern natrainingstraject om uit te groeien tot echte expert!
