Lees dan snel verder! Als operator werk je in dagdienst (07:00 - 16:00) mee aan het produceren van heipalen. Je bereidt mallen voor, brengt bewapening aan, stort beton en zorgt voor een nette afwerking. Hoewel het product hetzelfde is, wisselen je taken dagelijks, wat zorgt voor afwisseling. Je werkt veilig, houdt de werkvloer netjes en meldt afwijkingen bij de voorman. Tijdens het inwerktraject leer je de basis en kun je doorgroeien naar operator of je verdiepen in betonkennis en technische tekeningen.
