For this position, you'll be working at a professional Dutch plant nursery specializing in the cultivation and care of high-quality ornamental plants. The company operates modern greenhouses where plants are grown, maintained, and prepared for distribution to customers in the Netherlands and abroad. WE OFFER - 5 to 6 working days per week - Hourly rate: € 14,99 - If you are performing well, your payment will go from 14,99 to 15,41. - 35 to 55 working hours per week - Extra allowances - Hours worked after 20:00 are paid 150% - Hours worked above 10 hours per day: 150% - Hours worked above 38 hours per week: 135% - Hours worked above 48 hours per week: 150% - Provided accommodation: € 113,9 per week - Health insurance provided (if necessary): € 38,22 per week - Do you already have private accommodation? We offer travel allowance of €0.25 per km when using your own car (from 6.6 km up to 50 km per day). - Earn extra net income by driving a Level One car to work. Receive €2.50 net per day, plus extra for each colleague you take with you (round trip). With 4 passengers, you can already earn up to €10 net extra per day.
