Mondi Heerlen B.V. is een toonaangevende productielocatie in Heerlen die al sinds 1987 is gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling en productie van hoogwaardige release liners. Dit met siliconen gecoate beschermpapier vormt een onmisbare schakel in tal van alledaagse en industriële toepassingen. Het bedrijf maakt deel uit van de internationale Mondi Group, een wereldwijde speler op het gebied van duurzame verpakkingen en papier. Omdat de vraag naar hun producten continu doorloopt, draait de moderne fabriek 24 uur per dag en 7 dagen per week in een geautomatiseerde 5-ploegenrooster. Door middel van geavanceerde coating-, snij- en druktechnieken levert het team dagelijks maatwerk voor diverse internationale sectoren. De toepassingen van het in Heerlen geproduceerde materiaal zijn erg veelzijdig. Wie zoeken we? Voor deze functie zoeken we een gemotiveerde operator die graag aan de slag wil in de productie en zich verder wil ontwikkelen. Je werkt in een 5-ploegenrooster en krijgt volop de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen een moderne productieomgeving. Herken jij jezelf hierin? Dan beschik je over: - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator in een soortgelijke productiefunctie; - MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau; - De bereidheid om te werken in een 5-ploegenrooster (2-2-2) Daarnaast beschik je over een gemotiveerde en leergierige werkhouding. Een geldig heftruckdiploma is mooi meegenomen, maar heb je deze nog niet? Dan ben je bereid om dit via SD Worx te behalen.
