Als Operator duik je bij Sherwin-Williams in de wereld van kleuren, coatings en productiemachines. Van knalrode autolak tot een strakke zwarte coating: jij helpt mee om verfproducten te maken die hun weg vinden naar o.a. de automotive-industrie. Geen saaie lopende band, maar midden in het productieproces, met een grondstoffenmagazijn, mengerij en tapperij als jouw werkterrein. Je verzamelt grondstoffen, stelt machines in, mengt verf en ziet jouw product stap voor stap ontstaan. Jouw veiligheid staat daarbij altijd op nummer één.
