Locatie Breukelen Operator Bedieningsvakman Sapperserij Standplaats: Breukelen Uren per week: 36-40 Niveau: MBO Functie omschrijving Bij Schulp Vruchtensappen zoeken we voor onze sapperserij een bedieningsvakman die van aanpakken houdt. Iemand die energie krijgt van het produceren van hoogwaardige sappen met behoud van ambachtelijke tradities. Je komt terecht in een betrokken familiebedrijf waar we elkaar goed kennen, samenwerken met plezier en ons inzetten voor kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid. Wat ga je doen? In onze perserij ben jij dé expert in het gehele sap bereidingsproces. Door gebruik te maken van traditionele methoden en ambachtelijk vakmanschap maak je de meest smaakvolle sappen. Jouw taak begint bij het aanvoeren van het verse fruit, waarna je elk detail van het proces zorgvuldig controleert. Indien nodig stuur je het proces bij om een eindproduct van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit te waarborgen. Dankzij moderne registratiesystemen leg je essentiële informatie altijd snel en overzichtelijk vast. Daarnaast voer je regelmatig kwaliteitscontroles uit en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het klein onderhoud aan machines en het reinigen ervan. Wat breng je mee? Als gedreven sapperser ben jij gefocust op het leveren van hoogwaardige kwaliteit. Je hebt een oog voor detail en hecht veel waarde aan ambachtelijk vakmanschap. Omdat we met kwetsbare producten werken, zit (voedsel)veiligheid volledig ingebakken in jouw dagelijkse routine. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar (van maandag t/m vrijdag in tweeploegendienst) en draagt graag bij aan het gezamenlijke doel om de beste sappen te produceren. Enige technische affiniteit is een pre.
