Vepo Cheese is een hightech kaasverpakkingsbedrijf dat in gekoelde ruimtes (bijna) volledig geautomatiseerde productielijnen heeft. Jij stuurt één van onze vijftien moderne productielijnen aan, waarbij je samenwerkt met twee tot drie productiemedewerkers. Jullie zorgen ervoor dat de geavanceerde lijn, die vele kilo’s kaas versnijdt en verpakt, soepel draait. Je stelt computergestuurde machines zoals slicers en flowpackmachines in en houdt de kwaliteit scherp in de gaten. Bij storingen pak jij het direct op en denk je mee over efficiëntie. Je werkt 36 uur per week in een tweeploegendienst (06.00u – 15.00u of 15.00u – 00.00u). Functie-inhoud - Aanvoeren en instellen van computergestuurde machines zoals slicers, flowpack- en dieptrekmachines. - Bewaken van de procesparameters en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren. - Oplossen van kleine storingen aan de machines. - Samenwerken met productiemedewerkers en hen begeleiden. - Mee denken over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntie. Functie-eisen - Technisch inzicht. Dit is echt een must. - Bij voorkeur een diploma tot operator (mbo-2 of Vapro-A). - Goed Nederlands en Engels kunnen spreken. - Leergierigheid en vooruit kunnen denken. - Oog voor kwaliteit en (voedsel)veiligheid. Wij bieden - Salarisrange van € 2.500,- tot € 3.000,- bruto per maand bij 36 uur, excl. ploegentoeslag. - Pensioenregeling. - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 netto per km van 5 tot 50 km enkele reis. - Ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden via een opleidingsbudget en de Vepo Academy. - Leasefietsregeling; fiscaal voordelig stap je op een splinternieuwe (elektrische) fiets. - Vitaliteitsbudget dat je inzet voor bijv. je sportschoolabonnement of je hardloopschoenen.
