Je gaat aan de slag bij een wereldspeler in de staalindustrie op een indrukwekkend industrieterrein in Velsen-Noord. Of je nu werkt in de Oxystaalfabriek of in de Koudbandwalserij, je bevindt je dagelijks tussen enkele van de grootste machines van Nederland. Je komt terecht in een warm en informeel team met een sterke collegiale band, waar hard werken en humor hand in hand gaan. Door het vaste ritme van de 5-ploegendienst werk je intensief samen met je collegas en bouw je snel een sterke band op. Jullie delen niet alleen de werkvloer en de pauzes, maar vieren ook samen de behaalde successen.

Wat je krijgt: Een salaris van 25,84 tot 34,70 bruto per uur, inclusief 29 ploegentoeslag. Direct uitzicht op een vast contract. Volop mogelijkheden om door te groeien. Veel vrije tijd dankzij het 5-ploegenrooster. Gratis vervoer met het bedrijfsbussysteem.

Wat a je doen: Het productieproces controleren en via het bedieningspaneel bijsturen. Storingen opsporen, analyseren en oplossen. Zware installaties ombouwen, instellen en bedienen. Inspectierondes uitvoeren en de veiligheid bewaken. Samen met jouw vaste ploeg zorgen dat de installaties blijven draaien.

Wat neem je mee: Je hebt een technische mbo 2-opleiding afgerond of beschikt over relevante werkervaring. Je bent fulltime beschikbaar voor de 5-ploegendienst. Je spreekt de Nederlandse taal. Je bent technisch ingesteld en kunt goed samenwerken binnen een vaste ploeg.
