Je werkt op diverse plekken, waardoor je dag vol afwisseling blijft. Je controleert de kwaliteit van de verse producten die binnenkomen. Na de ingangscontrole maak je de recepten klaar en bedien je de menginstallaties. Tijdens het proces bewaak je de voortgang en stuur je bij waar nodig. Ook begeleid je het invriesproces met veel aandacht. Het registreren van alle procesgegevens hoort bij je dagelijkse taken. Bij kleine storingen probeer je deze zelf op te lossen. Lukt dat niet?
