The posting

Als productieoperator zorg je ervoor dat de machines goed ingesteld zijn en het productieproces vlot blijft draaien. Je bent niet iemand die elke dag exact dezelfde taak wil uitvoeren: binnen deze productieomgeving kan je op verschillende plaatsen en aan verschillende machines worden ingezet. Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij je zowel technisch bezig bent als zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je stelt machines in, volgt het productieproces op, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en grijpt in wanneer iets niet loopt zoals het hoort.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je stelt productiemachines in, start ze op en bouwt ze om wanneer nodig
  • Je volgt het productieproces nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig en je lost kleine technische storingen zelfstandig op
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt ervoor dat de producten aan de verwachtingen voldoen en je springt bij met manueel werk wanneer de productie dit vraagt
  • Je ondersteunt collega's op verschillende plaatsen binnen de productie en je denkt actief mee over het productieproces en mogelijke verbeteringen
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werk en zorgt ervoor dat de productie vlot blijft verlopen

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag binnen een familiale KMO waar de productiewerking relatief kleinschalig en persoonlijk georganiseerd is. Daardoor is het belangrijk dat collega's elkaar ondersteunen en dat iedereen bereid is om bij te springen waar nodig. Je werkt in een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid centraal staan. Engels is de belangrijkste voertaal op de werkvloer. Door de afwisseling in taken en werkposten is geen enkele dag volledig hetzelfde.

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als operator binnen een productieomgeving en je hebt technisch inzicht en kan productiemachines zelfstandig instellen
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en kan indien nodig vroeg opstarten, soms vanaf 06:00 uur
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt zeer goed Engels. Engels is de voertaal op de werkvloer
