Je draait mee in een 3-ploegendienst van 37,5 tot 40 uur per week. Je leert eerst één werkstation goed kennen. Daarna kun je doorgroeien naar andere stations en zo elke dag uitgedaagd worden. Jouw dag bestaat uit het bedienen, opstarten en stoppen van machines. Je vervoert bulkproducten met een heftruck of reachtruck. Je neemt monsters, voert kwaliteitsmetingen uit en levert deze aan het laboratorium. Ook noteer je jouw handelingen op batchkaarten en zorg je voor het verpakken en labelen van producten. Orde en netheid rondom je werkplek zijn belangrijk. Veilig werken staat voorop. Deze baan is voor jou als je graag leert en samenwerkt. Je krijgt de kans om veel te leren en verder te groeien binnen het bedrijf. Jouw inzet en leergierigheid maken het verschil. Wij bieden - - Salaris tussen €3132,69 en €3690,95 bruto per maand; - Vast dienstverband mogelijk; - Interne opleiding en doorgroeimogelijkheden; - Reiskostenvergoeding en goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden; - Prettige werksfeer met aandacht voor jouw ontwikkeling; - Werken bij een stabiel internationaal bedrijf. Wij vragen - - Je hebt een afgeronde Operator A of B opleiding of relevante ervaring; - Je hebt 1 tot 5 jaar ervaring als operator; - Je beschikt over of wilt certificaten halen voor heftruck, reachtruck en elektrische palletwagen; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en veilig; - Je bent leergierig en een echte teamspeler; - Je woont op maximaal 30 kilometer van Maastricht.
