Je werkt in een moderne productieomgeving, krijgt duidelijke werkinstructies en draait mee in een vast 3-ploegenrooster. Daar staat een salaris tot €21,36 bruto per uur tegenover, aangevuld met een ploegentoeslag. Als operator zorg je ervoor dat verschillende werkzaamheden binnen het productieproces veilig en zorgvuldig worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's en krijgt de ruimte om het werk goed onder de knie te krijgen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Uitvoeren van technische productiewerkzaamheden; - Voorbereiden en verwerken van materialen; - Controleren of werkzaamheden volgens de juiste werkwijze verlopen; - Werken met technische hulpmiddelen en apparatuur; - Schoon en veilig houden van je werkplek; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en deze bespreken met collega's; - Samen zorgen voor een goede overdracht tussen de ploegen. Aan het einde van jouw dienst weet je precies wat je hebt bijgedragen: een veilig en soepel productieproces dat de volgende ploeg direct kan voortzetten.
