Het bedrijf groeit: nieuwe productielijnen, nieuwe kansen. Als Operator bedien je machines zoals mixers en verpakkingsapparatuur. Na de inwerkperiode stel je de (deels) geautomatiseerde verpakkingslijnen zelf in, controleert je de kwaliteit en optimaliseer je de processen. Groeimogelijkheden zijn er: je kunt doorgroeien naar lijnverantwoordelijke en later Teamleider.
