Dan is deze operatorfunctie zeker wat voor jou! Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Jij bent als operator in de 3-ploeg verantwoordelijk voor het aanzetten/instellen van de machine. Tussendoor controleer jij of alles goed werkt. Valt de machine stil of is er een storing? Geen probleem! Dit los jij zo op. En gelukkig ben jij een geordend persoon die de werkplek en de machine netjes houdt. Naast de operatorwerkzaamheden controleer en bestel jij het materiaal bij de logistiek, zodat jij lekker door kan werken! Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Jij bent als operator onderdeel van een gezellig team met zo'n 120 medewerkers. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het maken van ronddraad voor de textielindustrie. Textielbedrijven gebruiken dit draad om textielbollen langs te snijden. Zo wordt het katoen gevormd tot fijn draad waar ze kleding van kunnen maken. Binnen deze organisatie bieden ze opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden, waardoor jij jouw volledige potentie kan benutten. Je zal je snel thuis voelen in dit team, waar de lijnen kort zijn en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel staat.
