Voor een bedrijf in Aalst, dat gespecialiseerd is in de productie van metalen en kunststof onderdelen voor de automobielsector, zijn we op zoek naar een operator voor de kunststofafdeling om te werken in 3 ploegen.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Je werkt aan het uiteinde van een persmachine die metalen onderdelen produceert.
  • Je voert een visuele kwaliteitscontrole uit op de geperste onderdelen
  • Je plaatst de geperste onderdelen in de daarvoor bestemde transportverpakking
  • je maakt de matrijzen schoon.
  • Meten is weten, je gebruikt schuifmaten en kalibers om te controleren of de afmetingen binnen de strikte toleranties vallen.
  • Je hebt interesse of ervaring in techniek of productie.
  • Je kan werken in 3 ploegen.
  • Je kan instructies in het Nederlands lezen en begrijpen
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband, maar kan ook goed zelfstandig werken
  • Je kan op een hoog tempo werken
  • Je kan fysiek zwaar werk aan
  • Je hebt een oog voor detail
  • Een pluspunt: je hebt een technische opleiding of ervaring in de metaalsector. Dit helpt je om later door te groeien naar operator niveau 1 of steller.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte kwaliteitscontrole.
  • Je bent bent steeds stipt op tijd.
  • Je volgt signalen op en analyseert rustig de melding en lost kleine processtoringen zelfstandig op.
