Wil jij een vak leren binnen de techniek en productie, maar heb je nog geen ervaring als operator? Dan is dit jouw kans! Voor een professionele productieomgeving zoeken wij een gemotiveerde Operator Productie. Je wordt intern opgeleid en leert stap voor stap hoe je productiemachines instelt, bedient en optimaal laat draaien. Je werkt mee aan de productie van hoogwaardige full-colour displays en consumentenverpakkingen. Een afwisselende functie waarin techniek, kwaliteit en ontwikkeling centraal staan. Dit ga je doen Als Operator Productie ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van het productieproces. Je leert verschillende machines en productiewerkzaamheden kennen en ontwikkelt jezelf steeds verder binnen het operatorvak. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Instellen, bedienen en bewaken van productiemachines. - Optimaliseren van het productieproces. - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles. - Signaleren en oplossen van kleine storingen en afwijkingen. - Bewaken van de productieplanning en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen. - Samenwerken met collega's om de productie zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen. - Zorgen voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek.

Je bent in het bezit van Ervaring als operator is voor deze functie niet nodig. Met de juiste motivatie en leergierigheid kun je het vak hier in de praktijk leren. Wij zoeken iemand die: - Technisch geïnteresseerd en leergierig is. - Nieuwe werkzaamheden snel oppakt. - Graag met machines en productieprocessen werkt. - Nauwkeurig werkt en kwaliteit belangrijk vindt. - Een praktische en resultaatgerichte instelling heeft. - Niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. - De Nederlandse taal goed beheerst. - Fulltime beschikbaar is. - Bereid is om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken.
