The posting

Als operator 3-ploegen in de dagdienst ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van de machines die we gebruiken om onze schimmel- en nematoden- of macro producten te produceren. Deze organismen, zowel klein (zoals schimmels) als groot (zoals vliegen of hommels), worden wereldwijd gebruikt voor biologische bestuiving of bestrijding. Het kweken en bewaren van deze biologische organismen is een nauwkeurig werk! Jij houdt het hele proces goed in de gaten en voert de benodigde handelingen uit. Je controleert de voortgang en past de instellingen aan waar nodig, binnen de vastgestelde grenzen.

- Als operator 3-ploegen bedien je machines voor de productie van onze micro- of macro-organismen en houd je het hele proces nauwkeurig in de gaten;

- Je werkt samen met andere operators en helpt bij het schrijven en uitvoeren van procedures, waarbij je ook verbeteringen in het proces aandraagt;

- Je controleert de machines en plant onderhoud in overleg met de technisch medewerkers;

- Werktijden zijn normaal gesproken in dagdienst, maar bij piekproductie kan er in verschoven diensten gewerkt worden (tussen 6:00 en 22:00 uur);

- Eens in de 4 à 5 weken heb je een week bereikbaarheidsdienst, met alle benodigde middelen zoals een auto om snel naar het werk te gaan bij storingen.

Als operator 3-ploegen bij deze organisatie werk je met een bijzonder product. Om deze processen in goede banen te leiden vragen wij dan ook:

- Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als Proces Operator;

- Je bent in het bezit van een VAPRO B;

- Het is een pré als je bekend bent met fermentatieprocessen;

- Je hebt ervaring met het plannen en organiseren van taken.
