Functieomschrijving: Als operator in Dongen speel je een centrale rol in de fabriek. Na een goede inwerkperiode ga je aan de slag met jouw team. Samen zorgen jullie voor een vlekkeloos verloop van het productieproces.

Jouw werkzaamheden zien er als volgt uit: Je stelt de machines in en bouwt deze om voor nieuwe opdrachten. Je houdt het proces scherp in de gaten tijdens je dienst. Bij kleine storingen grijp je direct in en los je het probleem op. Je controleert regelmatig of de producten aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoen. Ook houd je de administratie van de productie netjes bij op de computer.
