Wij zoeken Operators die willen doorgroeien in hun vak of juist verdieping zoeken in de productie. Wat ga je doen? Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt en soepel productieproces. Je werkt samen met je collega’s om de kwaliteit van onze keukens te waarborgen. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 12 collega’s per ploeg, en je wordt gekoppeld aan één machine of een deel van een lijn. Je dagelijkse taken bestaan onder andere uit: Instellen, bedienen en controleren van machines voor de productie van onderdelen of assemblage van keukenkasten; Bepalen van de meest efficiënte productievolgorde en verwerken van productiegegevens; Continu bewaken en bijstellen van het productieproces om storingen te voorkomen; Zorgen voor een hoog kwaliteitsniveau van het geproduceerde of geassembleerde product; Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud en assisteren van de Technische Dienst bij tweedelijnsonderhoud; Bijdragen aan een veilige, nette en georganiseerde werkplek. Je werkt in een 3-ploegenrooster: Ochtend: 06:00 – 14:00 Middag: 14:00 – 22:00 Nacht: 22:00 – 06:00 Wat kun jij? MBO-2/3 werk- en denkniveau; Bereidheid om interne opleidingen te volgen aan moderne machines; Oog voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurige werkhouding; Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegenrooster te werken; Ervaring met kantenbewerkingsmachines of CNC-machines is een pré, maar geen vereiste; Bereidheid om fysiek werk te verrichten, zoals het aanvullen van grondstoffen en toezicht houden op de machine. Wat krijg je? Bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.645 en €3.400 (excl. 20% toeslag), afhankelijk van ervaring; 8.33% vakantiegeld; Netto reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km; Werken in een van de modernste keukenfabrieken van Europa; Volop doorgroeimogelijkheden naar Allround Operator, Lijnoperator, leidinggevende of Technische Dienst; Bij DKG Groep kom je te werken in een moderne, veilige en

schone keukenfabriek. De fabriek van DKG is een van de grootste keukenfabrieken van Europa (ongeveer even groot als acht voetbalvelden). Samen met collega’s draag je bij aan de productie van hoogwaardige keukens. Het proces is zeer geautomatiseerd, met moderne productietechnologieën, waardoor efficiëntie en kwaliteit optimaal worden gewaarborgd.
