Solliciteer dan snel en start binnenkort bij een van onze top opdrachtgevers! €4200 Per maand Etten-Leur Noord-Brabant MBO 3 ploegen Detavast Functie omschrijving Als Operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel en veilig laten verlopen van het productieproces. Je bewaakt het proces vanuit de controlekamer én op de werkvloer. Vanuit de controlekamer stel je kooktemperaturen in, voer je drukmetingen uit en zorg je dat de juiste grondstoffen op tijd beschikbaar zijn. Tijdens de productie neem je monsters, beoordeel je deze en stuur je ze waar nodig door naar het laboratorium voor verdere analyse. Bij kleine storingen kom jij direct in actie. Met jouw technische kennis vervang je bijvoorbeeld filters, stel je kleppen af en pas je instellingen aan. Je werkt volgens hoge eisen op het gebied van hygiëne en productkwaliteit en zorgt er daarom voor dat je werkplek schoon en netjes blijft. Zo houd jij het productieproces efficiënt en zoveel mogelijk zonder onderbrekingen draaiende. Functie eisen - MBO3 werk/denk niveau; - Bereid om een intern opleidingsprogramma te volgen voor verdere ontwikkeling; - Ervaring in een productieomgeving vereist; - Ervaring in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie is een pré!
