Jouw rol in de productie als Operator - Instellen, bedienen en bijstellen van machines; - Controleren van orders en bewaken van specificaties; - Uitvoeren van een laatste veiligheidscontrole (LMRA) voor aanvang van het proces; - Signaleren en verhelpen van kleine storingen; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces; - Samenwerken met collega's om een soepele productie te waarborgen. Over de productieafdeling waar je aan de slag gaat als Operator Smurfit Kappa is op zoek naar een gemotiveerde en zelfstandige operator die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Binnen de productieafdeling werken drie teams nauw samen aan de productie van kartonnen verpakkingen: - Golfkartonmachine: Hier worden papierrollen verwerkt tot karton van verschillende diktes. - Verwerking: In een 3-ploegendienst van 20-25 medewerkers per ploeg worden kartonnen platen verwerkt tot diverse soorten dozen op 7 verschillende machines. - Productie Technisch Werkvoorbereiding (PTW): Dit team zorgt ervoor dat alle stans- en inktprocessen efficiënt verlopen. Dit krijg jij - Een uitdagende en zelfstandige functie binnen een hecht team; - Een salaris tussen €3600,-- en €4100 op basis van leeftijd, ervaring en opleiding voor een 36-urige werkweek; - Als er verdere stappen worden gezet qua ontwikkeling/opleiding is verdere doorgroei in salaris mogelijk; - Een ploegentoeslag van 20.5% bovenop je salaris; - Aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaard...
