Wat ga je doen?

Als Machine Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het productieproces.

  • Je bewaakt, stuurt en optimaliseert het complexe extrusieproces.
  • Je lost storingen op en denkt proactief mee over procesverbeteringen (initiatief en een proactieve aanpak worden hier enorm gewaardeerd).
  • Je bouwt machines om en stelt ze nauwkeurig in.
  • Je doorloopt een intensief, on-the-job opleidingstraject van gemiddeld 2 tot 3 jaar om uit te groeien tot een volledig zelfstandige en volwaardige machine operator.

  • Flexibiliteit in 3 ploegen: Je bent bereid om te werken in een 3-ploegenstelsel met de volgende uren: Vroege ploeg: 05:00u – 13:00u (Opgelet: op maandagochtend start de vroege ploeg uitzonderlijk om 04:00u op voor de heropstart na het weekend). Late ploeg: 13:00u – 21:00u. Nachtploeg: 21:00u – 05:00u.
