The posting

Voor onze klant, een gekende speler in het vervaardigen van kunststof verpakkingen, zijn we op zoek naar een Operator 3 Ploegen om het productieteam te versterken.

Wat ga je doen?

Jouw takenpakket ziet eruit als volgt:

  • Je staat in voor het bedienen en bijsturen van diverse blaasextrusiemachines. Je wordt hiervoor grondig opgeleid;
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de producten die van de band rollen en registreert die in de database;
  • Je analyseert de kwaliteitsresultaten, spoort problemen op en gaat actief op zoek naar oplossingen;
  • Je lost eerstelijns problemen op en doet beroep op de techniekers om andere problemen op te lossen;
  • Je analyseert het productieproces en neemt initiatief om verbeteringen voor te stellen.

Je werkt ploegen van 5u-13u, 13u-21u en 21u-5u.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die vlot kan communiceren en collegiaal is.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs (kunststofverwerking of een technische richting) of hebt reeds een eerste ervaring achter de rug als operator.

Jouw vaardigheden:

  • Je bezit een grote dosis verantwoordelijkheid;
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend;
  • Je hebt interesse in geautomatiseerde processen;
  • Je bent leergierig en klaar om opleidingen te volgen om je kennis en vaardigheden uit te breiden;
  • Je draagt veiligheid en kwaliteitsvol werk hoog in het vaandel;
  • Je praat en begrijpt goed Nederlands.
