Voor een productiebedrijf in Roermond zijn wij op zoek naar een Operator die graag de verantwoordelijkheid neemt over het productieproces. Je werkt in een moderne omgeving, met verschillende machines en processen, en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat de productie veilig, efficiënt en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Wat ga je doen? Bedienen, instellen en controleren van productiemachines. Bewaken van het productieproces en de kwaliteit. Uitvoeren van controles en registreren van productiegegevens. Oplossen van kleine technische storingen. Uitvoeren van werkzaamheden rondom het opstarten en ombouwen van machines. Signaleren van afwijkingen en waar nodig het proces bijsturen. Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces. Werken volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften. Samenwerken met collega's om de productieplanning te behalen. Wat kun jij? Heb je ervaring als operator of binnen een productieomgeving. Kun je goed overweg met machines en technische processen. Vind je het leuk om storingen en problemen op te lossen. Werk je nauwkeurig en ben je verantwoordelijk. Kun je zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken. Ben je bereid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken. Beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed. Wat krijg je?
