Jobomschrijving

Klaar om jouw ervaring in productie in te zetten voor een job met verantwoordelijkheid én groeikansen?

Als Operator Controlekamer bewaak je vanuit de controlekamer het productieproces van de sappen en zorg je mee voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve werking. Je houdt het overzicht, stuurt processen bij en springt waar nodig bij op de productievloer.

Van het lossen van vers sap tot het correct bereiden van de recepten: jouw aandacht en logisch denkvermogen maken elke dag het verschil.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheid

  • Processen opvolgen en veilig opstarten vanuit de controlekamer.
  • Het losproces van de sappen coördineren volgens vaste procedures.
  • Bereiders ondersteunen en de productieplanning bewaken.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles mee uitvoeren in samenwerking met het labo.
  • Problemen analyseren en doordacht bijsturen.
  • Op termijn afwisselen tussen ongeveer 1 week controlekamer en 1à2 weken productievloer.
  • Je start met een intensief opleidingstraject van 6 maanden, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met een ervaren collega. Zo bouw je stap voor stap de kennis en het vertrouwen op om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.

Je hebt minstens 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een controlekamer of productieomgeving, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector. Ervaring met controlekamerprocessen is sterk meegenomen.

Daarnaast:

  • werk je nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en kwaliteitsbewust;
  • ben je communicatief sterk en stressbestendig;
  • kan je goed multitasken en logisch problemen oplossen;
  • spreek je perfect Nederlands en heb je een basiskennis Engels;
  • ben je pc-vaardig;
  • neem je verantwoordelijkheid en durf je fouten erkennen én eruit leren;
  • ben je bereid om in 3 ploegen (vroeg, laat en nacht) te werken;
  • beschik je over eigen vervoer.
