Wil jij een nieuw avontuur aangaan als operator?

Heb jij ervaring als operator en ben je klaar voor een uitdagende functie in een groeiend laminaatvloerenbedrijf? Voor ons bedrijf in Wielsbeke, dat laminaatvloeren maakt, zoeken we een gedreven Operator om ons team te versterken in een 3-ploegenstelsel.

Wat zal je moeten doen?

Als operator speel je een sleutelrol in het productieproces van laminaatvloeren:

  • Bedienen van productieapparatuur en machines voor de productie van laminaatvloeren.
  • Instellen en afstellen van machines om de productie-efficiëntie te waarborgen.
  • Nauwlettend toezicht houden op het productieproces en ingrijpen bij storingen of afwijkingen.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en het verpakken van producten voor verzending.
  • Samenwerken met je collega’s om de productie veilig en volgens planning te laten verlopen.

PROFIEL

  • Je hebt ervaring als operator in een productieomgevin.
  • Technisch inzicht en het kunnen werken met verschillende soorten apparatuur zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Werken in een 3-ploegenstelsel vormt voor jou geen probleem.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent een teamspeler, maar kunt ook zelfstandig werken.
