Ben jij de gemotiveerde persoon die goed zelfstandig kan werken in een dynamische omgeving waar collegialiteit en samenwerken een must is? Vind je het leuk om samen met jouw collega’s de productie in goede banen te leiden? Dan ben jij de persoon die wij zoeken!

Als operator waak je over het productieproces vanuit de controlekamer en stuurt indien nodig bij. Hiervoor sta je in nauw contact met de collega bulldozerchauffeur. Je bent in staat om kleine technische problemen zelfstandig op te lossen. Bij grotere problemen leg je contact met het onderhoudsteam. Om de kwaliteit van de producten te waarborgen dien je minimaal om de twee uur stalen te nemen van de geproduceerde cementen en afhankelijk van het resultaat, stuur je het proces bij. Je zorgt voor een veilige en vlotte doorstroming van de vrachtwagens die zich aanmelden. Algemene onderhoudswerken en kuiswerkzaamheden behoren ook tot de dagdagelijkse taken en je staat open voor alternatieve werkzaamheden. Op termijn en na interne opleiding kan je ook ingeschakeld worden als bulldozerchauffeur waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het binnenvoeren en stockeren van de grondstoffen. - Vaardigheden: Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor detail; Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel; Je bent technisch aangelegd en hebt de nodige affiniteit met bouw en transport; Je beschikt over een logisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossend inzicht; Je ziet het werk en hebt een positieve en proactieve attitude; Je bent niet bang om soms werkzaamheden uit te voeren die vuil en/of stoffig zijn. Orde en netheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
