Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Als operator houd je het productieproces draaiende. Je krijgt de tijd om het werk goed te leren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Grondstoffen aanvoeren en mengen - Machines instellen en het productieproces controleren - Granulaten wegen en verpakken volgens de wensen van de klant - Kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren - Afwijkingen herkennen en op tijd doorgeven - Je werkplek en de productielijn schoon houden

Je werkt volgens duidelijke voorschriften. Snelheid is niet het belangrijkste. Het gaat erom dat je veilig en nauwkeurig werkt en een goed product aflevert. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je werkt in een vast productieteam op een hagelnieuwe en energiezuinige locatie in Nijverdal. Samen produceren jullie hoogwaardige kunststofkorrels voor klanten over de hele wereld. Het werk hoeft niet gehaast. Kwaliteit staat voorop. Op deze productielocatie worden masterbatches en granulaten gemaakt. Klanten gebruiken deze korrels voor duurzame kunststofproducten. Bijvoorbeeld in de lucht- en ruimtevaart, de auto-industrie, de bouw en speeltoestellen. De sfeer is nuchter en informeel. Je werkt met collega’s die elkaar helpen en samen pauze houden. Ieder kwartaal is er een teammeeting met een vrijdagmiddagborrel. Rond de zomer en kerst staat er een gezamenlijk etentje gepland.
