Voor toonaangevende productiefaciliteit gespecialiseerd in de productie van hoogwaardige producten zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren en gemotiveerde operator nabewerking om ons productieproces te ondersteunen.

Als operator nabewerking ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van diverse taken in het nabewerkingsproces van onze producten. Je zult werken aan geavanceerde machines en apparatuur om ervoor te zorgen dat onze producten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Bedienen en instellen van machines en apparatuur voor het nabewerkingsproces volgens de juiste specificaties en procedures.
  • Controleren van producten op kwaliteit en afwijkingen tijdens het nabewerkingsproces en eventuele problemen rapporteren aan de teamleider.
  • Uitvoeren van routinematige onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan machines om ervoor te zorgen dat ze optimaal blijven werken.
  • Werken volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften en ervoor zorgen dat het productiegebied schoon en georganiseerd blijft.
  • Samenwerken met andere teamleden en de teamleider om de productiviteit en efficiëntie te verbeteren.

Welk profiel zoeken we?

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als operator nabewerking in een productieomgeving.
  • Technisch inzicht en bekendheid met diverse machines en gereedschappen.
  • Goed begrip van kwaliteitscontroleprocedures en ervaring met het identificeren van afwijkingen.
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden en vermogen om onder druk te werken.
  • Teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Bereidheid om in ploegendiensten te werken.
