Als operator bij een kunststofproducent in Enschede werk je fulltime in een 3-ploegendienst. Je draait dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten en krijgt hiervoor een mooie ploegentoeslag. Je bedient machines, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt dat alles veilig verloopt. Het bedrijf biedt je veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Jouw werkdag bestaat uit het instellen en bedienen van verschillende machines. Je let goed op het productieproces en controleert regelmatig of alles volgens de kwaliteitseisen verloopt. Als er een kleine storing is, los je die snel op. Je werkt veilig, want je hebt soms te maken met chemicaliën. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een nette werkplek en een goede samenwerking. Je krijgt de kans om nieuwe vaardigheden te leren en door te groeien binnen het bedrijf. Ben jij graag actief bezig, werk je nauwkeurig en wil je werken in een hecht team? - Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau

- Je hebt 1 tot 2 jaar ervaring als operator of in de productie

- Je bent bereid om in 3-ploegen te werken

- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal

- Je werkt kwaliteitsgericht en veilig

- Je kunt goed samenwerken en duidelijk communiceren

- Je bent proactief en betrokken

- Basiskennis van kunststofverwerking is een pre
