Voor een modern recyclagebedrijf zoeken we een flexibele Operator in een 3-ploegenstelsel. Je komt terecht in een gedreven en professioneel team met een ongedwongen werksfeer waar open communicatie, humor en inzet centraal staan. Ervaring is een plus, maar jouw motivatie om bij te leren is hier het belangrijkst!

Jobomschrijving

Als Operator draag je zorg voor het efficiënt draaiend houden van de productielijnen volgens de geldende procedures:Je bewaakt en optimaliseert het verloop van de twee actieve productielijnen.Je spoort storingen op (zoals verstoppingen of mechanische defecten) en verhelpt deze vlot.Je bewaakt de productkwaliteit nauwkeurig en stuurt het proces bij waar nodig.Je assistereert de onderhoudsdienst bij herstellingen en het vervangen van motoren, machines en onderdelen.Je communiceert helder met je teamleden, waaronder de ploegleider, laadschopmachinist en de voorsorteerder.Je zorgt actief voor een nette, schone en veilige productieomgeving.

Wij zoeken een communicatieve teamplayer die veiligheid en kwaliteit belangrijk vindt:Je beschikt over goede sociale vaardigheden en drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands.Je bent flexibel ingesteld en kunt je snel aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden.Je kunt zowel zelfstandig beslissingen nemen als vlot samenwerken in een klein team.Je werkt gestructureerd met oog voor orde, netheid en strenge veiligheidsregels.Pluspunten: Basisennis van mechanica/elektriciteit of attesten voor de heftruck, rolbrug of hoogtewerker (deze attesten kunnen eventueel ook intern behaald worden).
