Operator 3 ploegen koekfabriek Rucphen 24 - 38 uur € 3.115 - € 3.350 # 68763 Omschrijving Ga aan de slag als operator in een koekfabriek en verdien tot €3350 bruto per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag. Je werkt in een vast team, in een 3‑ploegendienst, met volop ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Als operator bij Biscuit International werk je in een informele koekfabriek waar dagelijks met plezier wordt samengewerkt aan de lekkerste producten. Jij speelt een belangrijke rol in het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat de productielijnen soepel blijven draaien. Je bedient, stelt in en bouwt machines om en houdt continu de kwaliteit van de producten in de gaten. Bij afwijkingen of storingen kom je direct in actie. Samen met je collega's en de technische dienst zorg je voor een snelle en veilige oplossing. Daarnaast verricht je klein onderhoud en werk je volgens de geldende veiligheids‑ en hygiënevoorschriften. Op jouw productielijn stuur je productiemedewerkers aan en zorg je voor een efficiënt verloop van het proces. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van operators en collega's die voor elkaar klaarstaan en samen werken aan goede resultaten. Jouw top 3 werkzaamheden: - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles - Bedienen, ombouwen en instellen van machines - Signaleren en oplossen van storingen Wat zijn de werktijden? Er wordt gewerkt binnen een 3-ploegensysteem. De diensten zijn als volgt: - van 07:00 tot 15:00 uur - van 15:00 tot 23:00 uur - van 23:00 tot 07:00 uur, de nachtdiensten beginnen op zondagavond. Bij fulltime werk rouleer je mee in de drie ploegen. (ochtend-nacht-middag) Als je parttime werkt, kijken we samen naar een rooster dat bij jouw beschikbaarheid past.
