Organisatie Je gaat aan de slag bij een toonaangevende producent van duurzame, op maat gemaakte verpakkingsoplossingen. Binnen een groot en betrokken team werk je samen aan de verwerking van materialen tot eindproducten die rechtstreeks naar de klant gaan. Als operator krijg je de kans om jezelf snel te ontwikkelen tot een allround vakman binnen de productieafdeling, met volop mogelijkheden om opleidingen te volgen en door te groeien. Functiebeschrijving Als operator ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van materialen tot kwalitatieve eindproducten. Je werkt op verschillende machines en leert het productieproces van A tot Z kennen. - Machinebesturing: Je bedient en bewaakt productiemachines voor bewerkingen zoals rillen, slitten, stansen, bedrukken, lijmen en plakken. - Orderverwerking: Je verwerkt orders op de juiste machine op basis van de klantvraag en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige aflevering. - Kwaliteitscontrole: Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde producten en grijpt tijdig in bij afwijkingen. - Samenwerking: Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen de productieafdeling en draagt bij aan een soepel lopend productieproces. - Ontwikkeling: Je werkt toe naar een allround rol als operator en bent bereid functiegerichte opleidingen te volgen.
