Functieomschrijving: Als operator 3-ploegendienst ben jij de onmisbare kracht op de werkvloer. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel draait. Je verplaatst grondstoffen en stelt de machines nauwkeurig af voor het beste resultaat.

Tijdens je shift houd je de kwaliteit van de producten scherp in de gaten. Ook pak je de eindproducten in en zorg je voor een opgeruimde werkplek. Je registreert alle belangrijke gegevens in het systeem. Zo maken we het werk elke dag een stukje beter.

Na een half jaar start je met een speciaal traject. Je leert hier alles over het vak. Dit maakt je een echte expert en vergroot jouw kansen op een mooie toekomst bij ons.
