Operator 3-ploegendienst | Tot €4.250 bruto per maand Hoogeveen Je gaat aan de slag bij een modern productiebedrijf in Hoogeveen dat gespecialiseerd is in het verwerken en verpakken van verschillende soorten kaas. De producten gaan naar klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Je werkt op één van de productieafdelingen. Hier wordt kaas machinaal verwerkt en verpakt. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat de machines goed draaien en de productie volgens planning verloopt. Het bedrijf blijft groeien en biedt volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Functieomschrijving Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het goed laten draaien van jouw productielijn. Je stelt de machines in, bewaakt het proces en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Instellen en bedienen van de productielijn; - Ombouwen van machines bij productwissels; - Controleren van het productieproces en de kwaliteit; - Oplossen van kleine storingen; - Aansturen en ondersteunen van collega's aan de lijn; - Zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkplek. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst en hebt veel verantwoordelijkheid binnen het productieproces. Functie-eisen - Ervaring als operator is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw inzet en motivatie tellen hier echt; - Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt graag met machines; - Je kunt zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen; - Je vindt het leuk om collega's mee te nemen in het werk; Arbeidsvoorwaarden - €3.600 tot €4.250 bruto per maand; - Een verantwoordelijke functie binnen een modern productiebedrijf; - Veel mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen; - Goede doorgroeimogelijkheden richting teamleider of lijnleider; - Uitzicht op een vast contract bij wederzijds goed bevallen.
