Niet "een beetje bijsturen", maar echt verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor hoe jouw lijn draait - van grondstof tot eindproduct. Bij Modiform werk je in een industriële omgeving waar techniek centraal staat. Denk aan warmte, beweging en tempo. Hier maak je geen standaard product: je zet reststromen om in hoogwaardige trays die internationaal worden gebruikt. Wat ga je doen - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor jouw productielijn en het resultaat daarvan - Je stelt de lijn in, bouwt om en optimaliseert waar mogelijk - Je bewaakt continu het proces: van gerecyclede folie tot eindproduct - Je lost storingen zelf op (mechanisch en basis elektrisch) - Je controleert kwaliteit en grijpt in voordat afwijkingen problemen worden - Je draagt actief verbeteringen aan in proces en output Wat bieden wij - Salaris tot € 3.921 bruto p/m incl. 20% ploegentoeslag - Pensioen en arbeidsongeschiktheid volledig door ons geregeld - 24 vakantiedagen + 12 ADV-dagen - Reiskostenvergoeding (€0,23/km) - Opleidingen zoals VAPRO en technische trainingen - Echte invloed op je lijn en ruimte om processen slimmer en stabieler te maken - Werken met moderne productielijnen in een tastbare, technische productieomgeving Wat breng je mee - Ervaring als operator in een technische productieomgeving - Je bent gewend om te werken in een industriële omgeving (temperatuurverschillen, tempo) - Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands Vragen over de vacature?
