Voor onze productielocatie zoeken wij een Operator die ons team in de 3-ploegendienst komt versterken. Wat ga je doen? Als Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het demonteren, reinigen en voorbereiden van matrijzen die uit de oven komen. Hierbij maak je gebruik van een veilig en efficiënt hefsysteem. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Demonteren van matrijzen die direct vanuit de oven worden aangeleverd; - Het zorgvuldig scheiden van de matrijs en het gietstuk met behulp van een hefsysteem; - Reinigen van de matrijzen volgens vastgestelde werkinstructies; - Licht aanbrengen van een lossingsmiddel zodat de matrijzen klaar zijn voor de volgende productieronde; Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's en bent een onmisbare schakel in het proces. Wat bieden wij? - Salaris van €17,65 tot €21,36 bruto per uur o.b.v. Fulltime; - 5% ADV boven op je salaris; - 8% vakantiegeld en 27 vakantiedagen; - Goede pensioensregeling waarbij maar liefst 2/3 door de werkgever wordt betaald; - € 0,23 per km reiskostenvergoeding; - Opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden; - Informele, gezellige werksfeer met humor op de werkvloer; - Moderne technieken en een nette werkplaats.
