The posting

Als Proces Operator in Roermond ben je in de 3-ploegendienst samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal en stabiel laten verlopen van het gehele productieproces. Je bereidt processen voor, stelt geavanceerde installaties in en bewaakt de procesparameters continu. Je controleert de kwaliteit van de hoogwaardige foamproducten, signaleert en verhelpt storingen of afwijkingen en stuurt de machines bij voor een maximale output. Daarnaast werk je actief mee aan het waarborgen van een veilige werkomgeving en het aandragen van procesverbeteringen.

Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?

• Voorbereiden, instellen, regelen en nauwkeurig bewaken van geautomatiseerde productieprocessen; • Continu controleren en registreren van procesparameters en de kwaliteit van de eindproducten; • Proactief signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van afwijkingen of storingen in het proces; • Bijsturen van geavanceerde productie-installaties om een optimale output te realiseren; • Uitvoeren van periodieke controles conform de gestelde kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen; • Waarborgen van een veilige, schone en gestructureerde werkomgeving op de afdeling; • Actief meedenken over en bijdragen aan het continue verbeteren van het productieproces; • Prettig en doeltreffend samenwerken met je ploeggenoten voor een efficiënt verloop van de shift.
