Als operator in de 3-ploegendienst speel jij een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Je werkt in een moderne en volledig geautomatiseerde omgeving waar medische producten worden gemaakt voor ziekenhuizen. Jouw werk heeft dus direct impact op de zorg. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de productielijn. Dat betekent niet alleen bedienen, maar ook meedenken, bijsturen en zorgen voor kwaliteit en veiligheid. Of je nu aan het begin van je carrière staat of al veel ervaring hebt: er is ruimte voor operators op verschillende niveaus. Je krijgt goede begeleiding en de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een innovatieve werkomgeving. Jouw taken op een rij: - Instellen, bedienen en controleren van de geautomatiseerde productielijn; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en waar nodig het proces bijsturen; - Oplossen van kleine storingen en uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud; - Registreren van productiegegevens en signaleren van afwijkingen; - Zorgen voor een schone, veilige en hygiënische werkomgeving. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Hoewel dit bedrijf onderdeel is van een grote internationale organisatie, hangt er op de werkvloer een prettige en informele sfeer.
