Vacaturebeschrijving Ben jij een operator die graag meters maakt in de productie? En werk je het liefst in een team waar hard gewerkt én veel gelachen wordt? Dan is deze functie in 3-ploegendienst jou op het lijf geschreven. Je werkt met verse zuivelproducten, moderne machines en collega’s die – net als jij – niet stil kunnen zitten. Geen saai bandwerk, wél afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid én een werkvloer waar genoeg gebeurt. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Je maakt deel uit van een vaste ploeg van zo’n 10 collega’s. Geen fabriek waar je een nummer bent, maar een plek waar je écht meetelt. Jij: - Stelt de machines in en bewaakt het proces van A tot Z; - Zorgt dat de vla exact volgens recept wordt bereid en afgevuld; - Controleert de kwaliteit en hygiëne volgens HACCP; - Lost kleine technische storingen zelf op; - Werkt in 3-ploegendienst en af en toe in het weekend;

Kortom: jij zorgt dat de productie blijft draaien. En goed ook! Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je komt terecht bij een bekende producent van dagverse zuivelproducten. Al tientallen jaren maken zij met zorg en aandacht yoghurt en vla voor supermarkten en eigen winkels – in Nederland én daarbuiten. Op de werkvloer heerst een nuchtere sfeer: wat je maakt, zie je terug in het schap. En daar mag je trots op zijn. Wat we jou bieden Naast persoonlijk contact - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2.800 en €3.500 (afhankelijk van je ervaring); - Ploegentoeslag tussen de 25% en 100% – afhankelijk van je werktijden; - 40-urige werkweek in 3-ploegendienst: 06.00 – 14.45 | 13.45 – 22.30 | 22.15 – 06.15; - Weekenddiensten (2 x 12 uur), te combineren met een doordeweekse dag; - 25 vakantiedagen (en mogelijkheid om extra dagen bij te kopen); - Korting op zuivelproducten via de eigen winkels; - Informele, nuchtere werksfeer met vaste collega’s.
