Tele-Hulp/Télé-Secours biedt van op afstand eenvoudige, efficiënte en betrouwbare bijstand aan, waarbij de abonnee voortdurend in contact staat met zijn/haar netwerk van mantelzorgers.

Die service biedt zowel de abonnee als de naasten gemoedsrust. Wanneer de abonnee valt, onwel of angstig wordt, kan hij/zij 24/7 contact opnemen met onze oproepcentrale.

Waar nodig kan Tele-Hulp een snelle tussenkomst verzekeren door de contactpersonen, of desgevallend door de hulpdiensten.

Dankzij dit systeem kan de abonnee zonder zorgen thuis blijven wonen, terwijl ook de omgeving gerustgesteld is.

Over de functie

Je werk als operator bij de alarmcentrale en beantwoordt oproepen van de abonnees van Tele-Hulp /Télé-Secours. Je stelt hen gerust, brengt hen wanneer nodig in contact met hun naasten of doet al het nodige om hen een gevoel van veiligheid te geven.

Jouw profiel

· Je bent tweetalig en je bent niet bang om in een overwegend Franstalige omgeving te werken.

· Je bent luistervaardig en empathisch, vriendelijk, sociaal en vrolijk van aard.

· Je bent stressbestendig, goed georganiseerd positief ingesteld.

· Je werkt graag in teamverband.

· Diploma middelbaar onderwijs vereist
