Met 2 locaties in Nederland en 1 in het buitenland spreken we over een forse organisatie. Deze vestiging, in de buurt van Zwolle, is een relatief kleine vestiging. Hier hebben ze zich gespecialiseerd in het produceren van plastic verpakkingen, speciaal ontwikkeld voor verschillende bakkerijen en supermarktketens. Binnen deze organisatie staat vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid hoog in het vaandel. De Operators werken in 3-ploegendienst maar gaan op termijn over naar een 5-ploegendienst. De functie Dit ga je doen Als Operator krijg je hier een sterk inwerktraject, omdat de machines waarmee je werkt complex zijn. Tijdens dit inwerktraject heb je een vaste buddy die je de fijne kneepjes van het vak leert. Na dit traject krijg je de vrijheid om zelfstandig 2 machines te gaan bedienen. Met een hecht team van zo'n 5 Operators zorgen jullie voor een optimaal lopend proces. Het aanbod Als je aan de slag gaat als Operator bij dit bedrijf kun je het volgende verwachten: - Een startsalaris van €2.700 exclusief ploegentoeslag - Goede ploegentoeslag van €661,50 waardoor je startsalaris op €3.361,50 uitkomt - Een uitstekend inwerktraject waarin je samen met een buddy alle fijne kneepjes van het vak leert - Reiskostenvergoeding Wat wij van jou verwach...
