Een rol waarin je echt het verschil maakt op de werkvloer. Dit ga je doen Als operator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een stabiel en efficiënt productieproces. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en techniek om alles draaiende te houden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen, instellen en controleren van installaties en productiemachines - Signaleren en (zelfstandig of samen met de technische dienst) oplossen van storingen - Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud aan machines - Ondersteunen bij ombouwwerkzaamheden en technisch onderhoud - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op basis van monsters - Bijsturen van het proces, zoals het aanpassen van grondstofverhoudingen en instellingen - Actief bijdragen aan een veilige, nette en efficiënte werkomgeving Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst (06:15 - 14:45 en 14:30 - 23:00), wat zorgt voor een goede balans tussen werk en privé.
