Voor een groeiend, hoogtechnologisch metaalbedrijf in de regio Hamont-Achel zoeken wij een nauwkeurige Insteller - Operator CNC Lasermachines. In deze dynamische werkomgeving met een hoge automatiseringsgraad krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een moderne 3D lasermachine. Zoek jij een uitdagende, technische functie in een 2-ploegenstelsel waarin kwaliteit en precisie centraal staan? Dan is dit de perfecte match voor jou!

Als Insteller - Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen en productieklaar maken van de CNC-gestuurde machines:

  • Instellen & Programmeren: Controleren van werkorders en instelformulieren, verzamelen van gereedschappen en het inlezen en parametriseren van de CNC-programma's.
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Uitvoeren van testruns en het nauwkeurig nameten van gesneden delen met geavanceerde meetapparatuur en controlemallen.
  • Productiebewaking: Zorgen voor een tijdige materiaalbevoorrading, het inleggen en uitnemen van producten en het correct verpakken volgens instructies.
  • Onderhoud & Beheer: Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan de machines op basis van checklists en het tijdig signaleren van defecten aan snij- en controlemallen.
  • Rapportage: Zorgen voor een ordelijke werkomgeving en problemen of afwijkingen direct overleggen met je leidinggevende.

Wij zoeken een kwaliteitsbewuste en resultaatgerichte operator die stressbestendig is:

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als technisch operator en bent sterk technisch onderlegd.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van CNC-technologie, verkregen door opleiding of praktijkervaring.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, bent contactvaardig en hebt een scherp oog voor detail.
  • Je kunt uitstekend zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook prima binnen een team.
  • Een zeer goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal is noodzakelijk voor deze functie.
