Onze opdrachtgever is een toonaangevende speler in de farmaceutische en wetenschappelijke dienstverlening. De organisatie werkt op het snijvlak van technologie, gezondheid en innovatie. Wereldwijd leveren zij laboratoriumproducten, analytische instrumenten en biotechnologische oplossingen die essentieel zijn voor onderzoek, diagnostiek en medicijnontwikkeling. Denk aan microscopen, reagentia en software die wetenschappers helpen sneller en nauwkeuriger te werken. Ook ondersteunen zij farmaceutische productieprocessen, waaronder vaccins. Wat ga je doen al Operator? Op de locatie in Tilburg werk je aan de productie van commerciële medicijnen in de vorm van softgel‑capsules . Als Operator werk je dus in een farmaceutische omgeving waar kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan. Je start met een uitgebreide onboarding van ongeveer twee maanden. In deze periode leer je de machines, processen, kwaliteitsrichtlijnen en werkwijzen binnen jouw afdeling kennen. Gezien de onboarding twee maanden duurt, is het bedrijf dus op zoek naar mensen die een werkgever zoeken voor lang termijn. Binnen de rol als Operator kan je op diverse afdelingen gaan werken en roteer je gedurende de dag van werkplekken. Dit houden de werkzaamheden lekker divers en leer je verschillende werkzaamheden binnen dit bedrijf. Je werkt in een5‑ploegendienst : 2 ochtenddiensten → 2 middagdiensten → 2 nachtdiensten → 4 dagen vrij. Dit bedrijf heeft diverse afdelingen waarin je kan worden ingedeeld: Gel / Medicine Je produceert de gelatine (omhulsel) en de medicinale vulling van de capsule. Encapsuleren Je bedient machines die de vulling in het gelatine‑omhulsel inkapselen. Post Production Je inspecteert, polijst, print en verpakt de capsules.
