Operator Braadlijn Bobeldijk Food Group is een innovatieve speler op het gebied van vegetarische en vegan biologische convenience producten. Het bedrijf heeft zich de de laatste jaren ontwikkeld tot leverancier van formaat op het gebied van plantaardige producten. Zij leveren aan met name nationale en internationale supermarktketens. Naast de kernwaarden flexibiliteit en innovatie staat kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel. Bobeldijk Food Group is HACCP en IFS gecertificeerd. Kenmerkend voor het bedrijf waar dagelijks zo'n 100 mensen werken, is de informele werksfeer, de hands-on mentaliteit, de grote mate van eigen verantwoordelijkheid en er worden volop mogelijkheden geboden voor verdere ontwikkeling van de medewerkers. Voor de uitbreiding van het team Productie wordt gezocht naar enthousiaste operators die in 2-ploegendienst de braadlijnen willen bedienen. De functie bestaat uit : - Je draagt zorg voor de voorbereiding en het opstarten van de werkzaamheden aan de hand van de planning (desinfecteren, opbouwen machines, instellen machines, klaarzetten van goederen) - Je controleert voor gebruik de grondstoffen en hulpstoffen en zorgt tevens voor het op juiste wijze afvoeren van de afvalstoffen - Je draagt zorg voor de bewaking van de hygiëne en de kwaliteit en ziet toe op de naleving van de regels uit het kwaliteitshandboek - Je draagt zorg voor het op juiste wijze invullen van de productieformulieren en het afwikkelen van de productieorder in Reflex - Je draagt zorg voor het afbouwen en het opgeruimd achterlaten van de afdeling - Het aansturen van je collega's aan de braadlijn Wij vragen: - Je beschikt over een MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau - Ervaring in een productiebedrijf - Goed kunnen plannen, organiseren en snel kunnen schakelen in een complexe omgeving - Ervaring met het braad- en productieproces is een must - Flexibel in werk en werktijden - Kennis van en ervaring met HACCP/IFS - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een goe...
