Operator | 2-ploegen Nuth Dit bedrijf levert dagelijks verse producten aan bekende supermarkten in heel Nederland. Ze werken met geavanceerde productielijnen en moderne snijmachines om een constant hoge kwaliteit te waarborgen. Het team bestaat uit betrokken collega's die nauw samenwerken en elkaar ondersteunen tijdens de ploegendiensten. De productieomgeving is schoon, veilig en gericht op efficiënt werken met oog voor detail. Het bedrijf biedt je een vaste structuur door het werken in 2-ploegen. Er wordt veel waarde gehecht aan kwaliteit en een prettige sfeer op de werkvloer. Je krijgt de ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en je technische vaardigheden uit te breiden door samen te werken met ervaren collega's en de technische dienst. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de producten op tijd en in perfecte staat in de winkels liggen. Functieomschrijving Als operator draai jij zelfstandig aan je eigen productielijn. Jij bedient moderne snijmachines, houdt het proces in de gaten en grijpt direct in als er iets moet worden aangepast. Je zorgt dat alles volgens planning verloopt en de productkwaliteit altijd hoog is. Je dag begint met een korte overdracht. Daarna start je de productielijn op, controleer je de machines en stel je deze in. Door de dag heen let je goed op afwijkingen in het productieproces en los je kleine storingen zelf op. Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst, waardoor je weet waar je aan toe bent. Samen met je collega's zorg je dat iedere stap, van snijden tot verpakken, klopt.
