Luba Machine operator inpak - Zaandam - 38 tot 40 uur - Uitzicht op vast - Mbo Bedien, verstel en bewaak de inpakmachines bij een bekende koekjesbakkerij in de Zaanstreek. Veel vrijheid, 20% ploegentoeslag en heel veel koek. Over het werk Als operator op de inpakafdeling zorg je dat een deel van het verpakkingsproces soepel draait. Je bedient, bouwt om en stelt de machines af, houdt de procesparameters in de gaten en grijpt zelfstandig in zodra er iets afwijkt. Je voert kwaliteits- en procescontroles uit, legt die vast in het systeem en houdt je werkplek schoon, veilig en voedselveilig. Zie je iets dat beter kan? Dan draag je verbeteringen aan. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je hebt veel vrijheid om je werk zelf in te delen. Op een doorsnee dag bedien je de besturingssystemen volgens de geldende standaarden en registreer je daarin je werk. Je monitort de procesparameters, voert kritische procescontroles uit en signaleert afwijkingen, waarna je meteen de juiste maatregelen neemt. Je controleert en vult hulpmiddelen en verbruiksmaterialen aan en houdt het voorraadbeheer van de verpakkingsmaterialen bij volgens het FIFO-principe, inclusief het registreren van het verbruik. Tot slot inspecteer je de verpakkingen en producten visueel op de vastgestelde kwaliteitseisen en zorg je voor een schone, veilige en hygiënische werkomgeving.
